Welcome to my project portfolio and online resume! I am a digital health and medical device engineer and I specialise in the IVF industry. I am also an entrepreneur and full stack developer that is passionate about healthcare and helping small businesses owners.
About Lukas
Good Question! My focus has been expanding products to new sales regions, building a post market service team, and creating a customer service experience that people love.But, my favourite part of the job has always to be working on the development of the products and the software, implementing new features and making improvements. The pandemic is forcing companies and people to accelerate the digital transformation of the economy. This is why I have decided to complement my engineering, business, and commercial skill set with a full stack development toolkit. Check out some of my project and work below!
Projects
Even though I am a medical device angineer, I really do love to help small businesses. Open IVF is my consulting company through which I do most of my digital health projects. But I also run a clothing line with my wife for which I created a front to back E-commerce platform, and I am also helping some of my vegan friends create a resteraunt finder.

Education
If you are interested in coding and would like to learn, then I recommend that you try one or more of the projects below. They help develop some core concepts in web and software development like; API calls, event handling, and DOM manipulation. Enjoy!
Live Bus Tracker
My favoiurite thing about programming and app development is the interface to things happening in the real-world. This project calls bus location data from the MBTA api and displayes it live on a map.
Pacman
Pacman is an oldie but a goldie. But this is Pacmen, this was an assignment that submitted during my studties at MIT. It manipulates the DOM using JavaScript and creates new objects which move on a page.
Eyes
Another assignment that was competed during my study at MIT. This project also showcases my ability to work with the DOM and have it respond to external events and interactions like mouse movements.
